Quick Runescape money using Cow Hides
Cow hides (coming, of course, from cows) are not wonderfully convenient to collect, and not very lucrative if you collected them and sold them to the shop, but they're easy to get a hold of and quite lucrative if you're in the right city and selling them at the bank through the Player Market.
In Runescape Cow hides are the very first thing that Crafters work with in large quantities to raise their Crafting skill, and since Crafting is available on both the Members and Non-Members servers, you're guaranteed to find someone online who is working on building that skill and who is looking to buy 100, 500 or even 1000 and more cow hides!
Wait, it gets better - not only will players be looking for large amounts of cow hides, they're willing to pay 100-125gp for EACH COW HIDE! Just think - 4 runs back and forth to the cow fields and bringing back a nearly-full inventory of hides, you'd likely end up with 100 hides, and you could sell them for 10-12k.
Tell me that's not as easy as (cow?) pie?!?!
All right, so you know how many you're going to collect and how much money you're going to make on it, now you need to know where the best place is to hang around in order to sell your wares.
Al Kahrid is the main central hub for building the skill of Crafting on Runescape. Both on Free and Member servers, there are regularly people there screaming for cow hides. Everyone is also quite familiar with cow hide buying prices, so it's difficult for you to go beyond the range of 100-125gp each hide, but you can try.
There ya go! Another useful tip for getting quick cash on Runescape.
PS: As a bonus, here's a bit of a Runescape money cheat: You can hire low-level players to collect cow hides for you, and you can merchant the hides afterwards without having had to do the actual collection. Offer to pay a low level player 20 gp per cow hide they bring you, tell them you want over 100 hides, and while you pay 2000 coins for the hides, you can turn around and resell them for 8000-10000 coins more! Shh, don't tell the folks you've hired!!
PSS: No, I do not merchant cow hides. I don't sell them either.

lol, cool. i've just been doing that for the ppast 2 days now, its a great way. But watch out, in al kharid bank, ull have some competition, not a lot though. a few ppl are selling them a bit lower, but DONT lower ur price. once 1 person buys, theyll have to switch to you. and also, they'll think thye can lower ur price some more.
o ya, and instead of paying 20gp...i pay 2gp! wat i do is go to the cow paster near the gate to al kharid. wat i do is say "who wants a job". wen ppl respond, offer them 2gp, they'll take it.
I have done that but i hired a lvl 3 kid for 1gp per 2 cow hides, I have about 2000 now.
I sugest that u finish the rescue price ali quest before you do this otherwise u will waste a lot of gp!!

ppl dont rlly buy them all the time, but i suggest u sell them in world one. you can get desperate people who willl buy cowhides for a lot. and the absolute best way to make money, and i swear to you i made 500k in 5 hours of playing (im not obscessed it was vacation) is buying and selling big bones. buy all the big bones you can in any worlds lyk in the 80's for 200-250each. dont buy them for any more. Then sell them in world one for 350-450 each!!!! try to get around 1k big bones to get some1 2 buy them for 450 each.

Intresting I never have really done that even at my level but I have thought of it i sometimes prefer smithing/coal/mining/crafting etc. But this will work just as well I think. I have a friend(riggald) who buys any coal i sell to him for 150gp so through him I can easily make thousands, right now I have 31 coal to sell to him equaling 4,650gp that is how i got two pieces of addy armor a black kite shield an addy sword and a mith platebody.

every1 says sll cowhides but i think its dumb bcuz no1 ever buys hardly newere thats y i dont do it its boring and a waste of time if u mine iron in ardy and mine 1000+ ppl buy for 100 gp ea that equals 100k per 1000 irion and u only need 15 mining to mine it im out 8)
running lobbys is also a good way to earn money and lv up ur fishing(if you have a high fishing lv of course)you can sell em for 200 ea of uncooked and 250 for cooked
Urm...ye...cowhides for 100gp ea =/ 4 runs=12k...well you can either do that...or get ur agility to 56 (2 hours) and then you can pick white berries from Elved teritory 1k ea...and it takes 1 min to get full inv and back =D,

Awesome website! cowhides is a REALLLYY fast way to get cash! i use it when im broke :) but i dont higher anyone cuz im to lazy to, and you do get to level up...so yea
